Shipping & Processing Policy

At PHD Lifestyle, every order is carefully prepared and packed with care. As a small business, we appreciate your patience and support while we process your order.

Processing Time

Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

While our standard processing window is 10–15 business days, we always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Many orders are completed and shipped sooner than the estimated timeframe; however, processing times may vary during new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking information. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and are separate from our processing time.

Please note that once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of PHD Lifestyle's control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PHD Lifestyle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to PHD Lifestyle due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was otherwise undeliverable due to customer error, an additional shipping fee will be required to reship the order. The order will not be reshipped until the updated shipping information has been provided and the additional shipping fee has been paid.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been delayed, lost, or is experiencing delivery issues, we encourage you to contact USPS directly. We are happy to assist by providing any necessary shipment information or initiating a package inquiry when appropriate.
