Return Policy

At PHD Lifestyle, we strive to provide high-quality products and appreciate your support of our small business.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise

  • Items returned outside of the return window

Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, PHD Lifestyle will provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label via email. Please print the label, securely package your item, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided with your return authorization. PHD Lifestyle is not responsible for items that are lost in transit after they have been accepted by USPS. We recommend obtaining a receipt when dropping off your return for your records.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee, within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
