Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Have all original tags attached.

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover processing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards

Items marked "Final Sale"

Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise

Items returned outside of the return window
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PHD Lifestyle is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the 15% restocking fee, within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
